One Hundred Acres Resort in the 1960s, was a shoreline hot spot, with batting cages, pitch and putt, and small cottages. Renamed Cherrystones in 1984, it is now called 100 Acres at Cherrystones, when it reopened in 2018 by the Erwin Family.
