Lisa Rollins Team (LRT) prides itself on the fact that the vast majority of its business is generated from former, satisfied clients and their referrals. This can only be accomplished by adhering to the founding principle that the highest level of “signature” customer service, including superior communications, are critical to providing buyers and sellers with real results. Lisa Rollins Team is an established Real Estate Team founded in 2010 by Founder/Realtor Lisa Pantalone Rollins, and includes Team Realtors Anne Marie Straka, Lisa Szyndlar and Robin Powell. Recognizing the need for support so that the Team Realtors can spend time focusing on clients' needs, Lisa hired an administrative assistant. LRT offers an experienced group of full-time professionals who offer the breadth and depth in all facets of real estate from skillful pricing through creative negotiations. While our clients work primarily with one agent, as a Team, we brainstorm and problem solve while drawing on each other’s backgrounds and diverse experiences. It also means clients always have someone who knows them, their unique needs and all details of their most special homes.
