Previous to joining Wm Raveis RE I received both The Leading Edge Award and President's Circle Award while at Prudential CT Realty, putting me in the top 3% of Realtors nationally. I have since received both Leading Edge and President's Circle awards since joining Raveis.
I am a Certified Luxury Properties Specialist. William Raveis was named the Best Real Estate Luxury Real Estate Agency for 2022 by global luxury experts at Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
I have received CT Magazine's FIVE STAR AWARD for Top CT Agents each year from 2012 through 2025, making me one of their "Legend Realtors".
I also received the Wm. Raveis Chairman's Elite Club status, their highest award for agents with over 10 Million in sales, putting me in the top 5% of the company.
Most recently, in 2024 I was given the TOP PRODUCER AWARD for the Madison Office in both September and October and named in the "TOP TEN IN OFFICE" for the last quarter. I was also awarded The President's Club Award.
I cover the Shoreline from New Haven to East Lyme and North from Madison to Middletown. I do not specialize in any one type of home, selling both condos and houses from $100,000 to multi-million dollar homes. Living in a beach community affords me the opportunity to list and sell many waterfront homes and my involvement with the Equestrian community as a judge and competitor has made working with buyers and sellers of horse properties and country homes an area of expertise.
I have always loved antique or historic homes and have personally bought and sold many over the years.I enjoy working with both Buyers and Sellers of these lovely homes. In 2022 I listed and sold one of my favorites... the elegant S.A.Scranton House in downtown Madison, built in 1907.
I have spent over 25 years working with Relocation companies and have a great deal of experience with both buyers and sellers relocating to or from the area. Moving to an area that you know nothing about provides many challenges and making that transition as easy as possible is one of my goals. Having lived in the area for 35 years, I am able to provide all kinds of useful information and recommendations to new arrivals, making that transition a little less stressful.
