Attorneys Cynthia Cartier and Raymond Bower have combined over 50 years of legal and corporate experience and are looking forward to providing counsel to residents on the Shoreline and throughout New Haven, Middlesex and New London Counties. Cindy and Ray also have significant experience in the municipal and nonprofit arena having served on a number of boards and commissions on the shoreline. Currently, Attorney Cartier serves on the Connecticut Commission on Women, Children & Seniors as well as the Board of Clifford Beers. She previously served on a number elected and nonprofits boards including the Guilford Board of Selectmen, American School for the Deaf, Soundview YMCA and Sarah, Inc. Attorney Bower served as Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission in Guilford and has handled multiple pro bono cases for New Haven Legal Assistance.
