COMMTTLO TO ECELLENCE EASTHANINTUKKORS EASTHAVEN rO H East Haven School Readiness Council Solicits Local School Readiness Grant Proposals (RFP) The East Haven School Readiness Council is soliciting proposals for the development and/or operation of new School Readiness Programs or contracted spaces for East Haven's three and four year old preschoolchildren from July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. Proposals are being solicited pursuant to Sec. 10-160. - 10-16r. and Sec. 10-16t. 10- 16u. CGS and amendments under PA 99-230, the School Readiness and Child Day Care Grant Program. Programs and services must meet East Haven's School Readiness Council policies. Completed proposals for programs must be submitted electronically as a PDF by 1:00 pm on Wednesday March 25, 2022. At least one representative of the applicant program must be available to attend the School Readiness Council Meeting on Monday, March 28 , 2022 from 1:00 -2:30 pm at the East Haven Adult Learnning Center, 290 Dodge Avenue, East Haven CT 06512. There will be a required Technical Assistance session on Tuesday, March 15th from 2:00 3:00 for all new programs seeking to apply for East Haven School Readiness slots for the 2022 2023 grant year. New applicants must attend this TA session in order to learn about East Haven's local School Readiness Policies, the SRC review procedure and the slot award process.
