Deep River Jewelry Design is a traditional goldsmith’s studio and jewelry gallery, established in 1992 by designer and goldsmith Russell D. Cunningham and his wife Lisa. The gallery is located in a beautifully restored eighteenth century sea captain’s house on South Main Street in Deep River, Connecticut. The historic space is home to Russell's studio as well as the retail showroom for his exceptional custom work.
Russell has been designing and handcrafting fine jewelry for more than 35 years. He is a highly skilled goldsmith who specializes in custom design and antique jewelry restoration, working with a variety of precious materials including platinum, palladium,14k and 18k gold.
Deep River Jewelry Design is well versed in a variety of styles from traditional to contemporary and maintains an extensive portfolio of beautiful custom designs and restorations. The gallery features a large selection of finished jewelry including Russell's original custom pieces as well as other unique designer collections. At Deep River Jewelry Design you'll also find a beautiful selection of certified fine diamonds, precious gemstones and pearls.
