The Clinton Arts Council strives to expand and promote all the diverse arts and culture in Clinton, this website serves to do just that. Our Mission includes being a partner in the revitalization of the Downtown Arts District. While supporting and promoting Clinton’s existing arts organizations, creating new arts programming, enhancing culture and economic growth.
